Solid: ready when you sign up. Dashed: add them yourself in a few seconds. Every line on every bill is tracked by item and unit.
Where money usually leaks
- Contractor jobs are approved at one amount and invoiced at another, and the difference gets paid without anyone asking.
- Spare parts are bought urgently from whoever has stock, at whatever price.
- Breakdowns are logged on the floor, but repair costs are never added up per machine.
Motor rewinding invoiced above what was approved

- Approved
- ₹38,000
- Invoiced
- ₹44,500 (+17.1%)
₹6,500 above the approved amount, waiting for review
How you look into it
- 1See the approval, the quotation and the final invoice for that job together.
- 2Review the machine's cost history: breakdowns, spares and contractor charges in one view.
- 3Ask the contractor about the difference before the payment goes out.
On every bill
Price checks, plus the checks that matter for manufacturing.
Repairs and maintenance
Repeat repairs (3 or more in 180 days), rooms and assets with unusually high repair costs, and actual cost above the approved amount.
Your decision: Question the vendor, or plan a repair-or-replace decision.
Approvals
Operations raise and upload. Approvers approve and pay, never on their own request. Owners see everything.
Your decision: Keep raising, approving and paying separate.
Equipment and warranties
An equipment register with warranty dates and documents, entered by you and never decided by AI.
Your decision: Check cover before paying for a repair.
Duplicate bills
The same supplier and invoice number, or the same total within 7 days.
Your decision: Hold the payment and check before paying twice.

Questions
Manufacturing: before you sign up.
Can I track costs per machine?
Yes, for the bills and repairs you record against a machine: breakdowns, spares and contractor charges. Finshent shows cost patterns; it doesn't diagnose faults.
Does Finshent connect to my machines or ERP?
No. Findings come from the bills, approvals and records you upload. Finshent doesn’t connect to vehicles, machines or sales systems.
Does Finshent replace my accounting software?
No. Keep Tally, Zoho Books or whatever you use. Finshent reads your bills and analyses prices, repairs and payments; it doesn’t post entries. You can export bills, purchases, price history and findings as CSV.
What if the AI reads a bill wrong?
You review and confirm what’s read before it’s recorded, and you can edit it. Findings are calculated by fixed rules from the confirmed figures, not written by AI.
